Once a month at Indigo Room we host a wine tasting evening. We thought we would change it up for the upcoming June event and do a pop up restaurant.

The name for this pop up restaurant is a play on Charlie (The Boss Man) Mom's maiden name. For one night only we will serve an exciting five course menu focused on Chinese cuisine with a modern twist and paired to showcase, a selection of natural wines handpicked by Charlie.

A word about Covid

Please be assured, the health and safety of everyone who attends our events remains our top priority. We will be strictly following government and public health organisations guidelines.

If, for any reason, we cannot proceed on the day, all tickets will be transferred to the new date. If you cannot make the new date, we will refund you. Easy.
