We are partnering with Thirsty Camel and Campari NZ to bring you an exclusive event to demystify the bittersweet herbal liquor from Italy with a masterclass including tasting and spritz cocktail making accompanied by Venetian wine bar (Bacaro) inspired bar snacks. Once a month at Indigo Room we host a wine tasting evening. We thought we would change it up for the upcoming June event and do a pop up restaurant.

The name for this pop up restaurant is a play on Charlie (The Boss Man) Mom's maiden name. For one night only we will serve an exciting five course menu focused on Chinese cuisine with a modern twist and paired to showcase, a selection of natural wines handpicked by Charlie.
